Only two Pseudoregelia iris are listed in the Nepal Checklist (http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=110&taxon_id=116503). The other, Iris goniocarpa, has standards that are smaller, have a different shape, and are deflexed. If this photo was taken in Nepal, it seems safe to identify the plant as Iris kemaonensis.
